Start by measuring around your head, following your hairline at the front, behind your ears, and at the nape of your neck. Make sure the tape is snug but not too tight. Record this circumference measurement in inches.

Next, measure from the front of your hairline to the nape of your neck for the length measurement.

Then, measure from ear to ear across the top of your head to determine the width.

Next, measure temple to temple starting by placing the tape at the end of eyebrow near the temple and pull it back and around your head to your other eyebrow temple.

Then, measure naps to neck by placing the tape so that it is level with the bottom of your earlobe and trace the nape.
